Once we received the initial deposit via credit card payment and the signed Storage Agreement, we will send you the cord blood collection kit via courier or one of our staff will personally deliver them to you. We’ll also send you an email confirmation that we received your initial payment.
On your due date, once the cord blood sample is collected and ready to be shipped to our UK lab, please call our cord blood specialist to help you arrange for the courier pick up.
When the official testing certificate is released, one of our cord blood specialists will contact you to explain the final results of the sample testing and will schedule the payment for remaining balance.
Once we received the balance payment, we’ll send you the original testing certificate and other documents via courier or one of our staff will personally deliver them to you.
