You will need to inform us that you don’t want to go ahead with the cord blood collection within seven (7) working days upon receiving the cord blood kit. Initial deposit refunds less third party fees will be made onto the original mode of payment provided that the cord blood kit is unused and returned in good condition: (a) sealed materials are intact; (b) the NanoCool (cooling device) is not activated; (c) the outer and inner boxes are not damaged.
We won’t provide a refund for cord blood kit that’s been used or damaged. Once you received the cord blood kit, it is your responsibility to take care of it until your delivery day.
